1. About this policy

This policy explains how refunds work for donations made through PlayFunSpot.com. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Play Fun Spot is a promotional sweepstakes platform. No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. Donations made through the Website are voluntary charitable contributions to AFG Assistant, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. They are not deposits, wagers, or purchases.

2. Donations are generally final

Because a donation is a voluntary charitable contribution, it is generally non-refundable once processed. Please review the amount carefully before you confirm.

3. When we will refund a donation

We will refund a donation in full in any of these situations:

• Unauthorized use. The donation was made with your payment method without your permission.
• Duplicate or incorrect charge. You were charged more than once, or for an amount different from the one you confirmed.
• Technical error. A system error caused a donation you did not intend to make.
• Ineligible participant. The donation was made by a person under 18, or by a person located in a Restricted Jurisdiction listed in our Terms and Conditions.
• Change of mind. You request a refund  and have not used any of the entries received with it. 

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or [email protected] from your Registered Email Address. Include your name, the date and amount of the donation, and the reason for your request. We may ask for information to verify your identity.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method immediately, but may take within 5 to 10 business days to post to the account. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

5. Effect of a refund on entries and prizes

When a donation is refunded or reversed, the sweepstakes entries received with that donation are cancelled. Any prize won using those entries is void.

6. Entries and prizes

Sweepstakes entries and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Entries obtained for free by registration, mail, or email are not affected by this policy.

7. Disputes with your card issuer

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. This does not affect any rights you have with your bank or card issuer. If a donation is reversed through a chargeback, Section 5 applies, and we may suspend the account while the dispute is reviewed.
